Charles (yes, the blue-haired goblin) keeps the gears of this strange little network turning—whether that means overseeing operations, making artistic decisions, or soothing eldritch egos behind the scenes.

Often found with a hot Abuelita chocolate in hand, Charles keeps the chaos *just weird enough* to work. Never tell him something can’t be done—you’ll find it live on air by the weekend.
